        Type the code just as shown in the boxes to get the character to its right. For example, if you want to say something like, "Æon Flux is on MTV at 10:00 PM on Tuesdays" your source would look like this:

                Æon Flux is on MTV at 10:00 PM on Tuesdays

        This comes in really handy if you want to show source code in your page. To write something like "see <a href="http://www.mtv.com/">MTV</a> for details" replace all the <'s with &#60; and all the >'s with &#62;

        Not shown on the table is &nbsp;. This is the code for a space. The good thing about &nbsp; is that it is not read as white noise. That means that &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; is not replaced by one space when a person browses your page. I use this to do an indent.

        Some inventive young soul could take this information and make a program that randomly replaces characters in strings with similar letters in the extended set. (hint hint)
