Reduce the size of picture files
Trying to put pictures into PowerPoint. You end up with a file that's too big to share? Does the computer lock up after 10 minutes of trying to print the presentation? Does each slide with a picture take 30 seconds to load during your presentation?
Trying to E-mail the pictures? Takes too long to upload? Your E-mail provider refuses to send files that big? Mails get bounced because the recipients mailbox doesn't have room?

You can reduce the size of your pictures. You may loose some quality if the pictures are destined to be printed, but that's better than the picture not getting there at all.
